1. The service
BuktiCam provides a camera viewfinder, device-time stamp, optional foreground location context, local photo review, sharing, and gallery saving. No account is required. Features may change as the app is maintained.
2. Honest use of stamps
A BuktiCam time stamp reflects the device's clock and is not an authenticated time source. An optional location line reflects a reading available to the device and is not guaranteed to be precise or current. A stamped image is not automatically certified, tamper-proof, legally binding, or proof of an event. You are responsible for deciding whether a photo is suitable for your situation and for preserving any original evidence required by another process.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of photos and notes you create. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to photograph people, places, documents, or other material, and for complying with privacy, safety, and local laws. BuktiCam does not claim ownership of your local content and does not automatically upload it.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use BuktiCam to break the law, impersonate another person, invade someone's privacy, misrepresent a photo as independently verified, interfere with the app or its services, or distribute material that you are not allowed to share. We may restrict access to supporting services when necessary to protect users or the service.
5. Third-party services
The app relies on operating-system camera, location, gallery, sharing, and mail features. Optional aggregate analytics uses Firebase Analytics. Those third parties provide their own software and terms; their availability and processing are outside Pelita Kode's control.
6. Availability and liability
BuktiCam is provided on an “as available” basis. Camera hardware, permissions, storage, location services, operating-system behavior, and network-dependent third-party features can fail or differ by device. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PT Pelita Kode Indonesia is not responsible for loss caused by relying on an unauthenticated stamp, optional location reading, user-supplied content, or a failure outside its reasonable control.
